Creamed honey is a process where the natural crystallization of honey is controlled to produce a smooth creamy and spreadable texture. It is best stored in the pantry as long as the temperature is below 80 degrees or you may see some reliquification. It can also be stored in the refrigerator but should be allowed to come to room temperature to make spreading easier. No spills, no mess. and it is fine to use in tea or coffee. Just add a teaspoon or two and allow it to dissolve.
